Why I left the language of modern spirituality out of Aauriela Gold Heart

A Growing List of Words I Don’t Like

I have a growing list of words I don’t like.

Coherence.

Neuroscience.

Regulate your nervous system.

Consciousness.

5D.

High vibe.

Spirituality.

Goddess.

High priestess.

Shaman.

Enlightened.

And did I mention community?

Community, community, community.

These aren’t necessarily bad words. Some of them once meant something. Some still mean something when they come from someone who has actually lived them. But we have used them so relentlessly, packaged them so neatly and sold them so successfully that they have become nearly weightless.

They no longer take us deeper.

They keep us circulating inside the language of going deeper.

There is now an entire industry devoted to explaining the mystery of being human without ever taking us fully into the human body. We have neuroscience explaining consciousness, coherence explaining the heart and nervous-system regulation explaining the soul’s discomfort.

Everything must be measured, managed and returned to baseline.

But perhaps you are not always meant to remain at baseline.

Perhaps something is trying to awaken.

Perhaps your discomfort isn’t asking to be regulated out of existence. Perhaps it is asking you to follow it down—to discover the wound, memory, program or truth moving beneath it.

The same thing has happened to spirituality. It has developed its own approved wardrobe, vocabulary, hierarchy and performance. Everyone is a goddess, a shaman, a high priestess or an enlightened being. Everyone is manifesting abundance, calling in community, raising their vibration and preparing to ascend into 5D.

Meanwhile, many are still frightened of their own bodies.

They are still searching outside themselves for the next teacher, method, activation, portal or explanation.

That is not liberation.

It is the old dependency wearing a prettier robe.

Once You See the Matrix

Awakening often begins by seeing.

You begin to notice that what you were told is not necessarily what is true. You look at entertainment, beauty, fashion, publishing, medicine, pharmaceuticals, religion, education, government and commerce—and you begin to see the machinery behind them.

You see how desire is manufactured.

You see how fear is used.

You see how beauty is defined and sold back to you.

You see how illness becomes an industry, how rebellion becomes a brand and how spirituality itself can be used to create another hierarchy of special people who supposedly know more than you do.

You begin pulling at one thread and realize the whole thing is made of threads.

This seeing is necessary.

But it is not the destination.

At some point, after looking outward at everything that is false, manipulated or inverted, we have to turn around. We have to bring our attention back into the body and ask a far more difficult question:

What in me resonated with it?

Why did I participate?

Why did I believe it?

Why did I need it?

Why did I shape myself to fit inside it?

Sometimes the answer is survival. Sometimes it is necessity. Sometimes we wanted to belong. Sometimes we wanted to be loved. Sometimes we wanted to succeed in the only system we were shown. Sometimes we knew something was wrong but had bills to pay, children to feed or a life to hold together.

This is not about blaming ourselves for the machinery.

It is about locating the hooks.

Because seeing the system is one thing. Removing it from your own body is another.

You can know everything that is wrong with the matrix and still carry its values in your body. You can reject materialism while desperately trying to manifest a million dollars. You can condemn hierarchy while positioning yourself as a high priestess. You can talk about sovereignty while depending on another teacher to tell you what your soul is doing.

Eventually, the awakening has to become personal.

Eventually, truth has to come home.

What Are You Manifesting Into?

We should probably have an honest conversation about manifestation.

There are a great many people teaching other people how to manifest a million dollars. Let’s be clear: not many of the students are becoming millionaires. The person making consistent money is generally the one selling the method.

That alone should tell us something.

But there is a larger question:

What system are you trying to manifest into?

If your idea of abundance is based entirely upon recognition, accumulation, status and success within the old structure, what happens as that structure crumbles?

Are you creating something new, or are you asking the dying system to finally choose you?

Manifestation without examination can become another form of programming. It teaches us to use spiritual practice to acquire what the culture trained us to want.

A bigger house.

A larger audience.

More money.

More visibility.

More proof that we matter.

But what if the most powerful thing you could manifest is a self that can no longer be manipulated?

What if abundance is not simply having more, but needing far less from systems that were never built to nourish you?

What if power is not bending the outer world to your desires, but knowing the inner world so intimately that the outer world can no longer tell you who you are?

That is a different kind of magic.

And it cannot be purchased in six easy modules.

Do We Live in a Simulation?

People are genuinely asking this now.

Do we live in a simulation?

Is reality what we have been told it is?

Do we actually have free will?

Are our thoughts our own, or are we responding to programs installed long before we knew to question them?

My answer is yes, we live within a kind of simulation—but I don’t necessarily mean some giant computer program being operated from somewhere outside the planet.

Every planet has its own simulation. Its own environment. Its own atmosphere, elements, rhythms, fields and relationship to the cosmos. Each planet holds a particular set of conditions through which reality is created and experienced.

Earth has her own.

We live within the living cosmology of this planet—within her seasons, cycles, waters, plants, minerals, magnetic fields and elemental forces. We also live within the greater movement of the cosmos.

We exist inside the energy, frequency and vibration of Mother Nature and Father Cosmos.

And the human body is the conduit between them.

The cosmos moves above us. The Earth moves beneath us. Both move through us.

The human body is not an irrelevant flesh suit being dragged around by the mind. It is where these forces meet, communicate and become lived experience.

This is why saying, “Your thoughts create your reality,” is only partially true.

What created the thoughts?

What installed the desires?

What planted the fears?

What told you what success looks like, what beauty looks like, what safety looks like and what kind of life is worth wanting?

If your mind has been programmed, your thoughts can keep recreating the program while you believe you are consciously manifesting something new.

When you begin unraveling those programs, you come into contact with the deeper cosmology of your own being—your energetic body, your origins and your living relationship with Earth and the cosmos.

This is not about escaping the natural world.

It is about remembering what you are within it.

You are not synthetic. You are not an algorithm. You are not the identity the matrix constructed and handed back to you.

You are nature and cosmos made flesh—the living conduit between Mother Nature and Father Cosmos.

The work is not to escape Earth’s cosmology. It is to unravel enough of the synthetic matrix that you can remember your place within the natural one.

Why I Wrote Ariella Gold Heart

This is why I wrote Ariella Gold Heart.

Ariella is a truth.

It is not the truth. It is not a final truth, and it is not another doctrine I want you to accept.

But it carries a truth about who we really are as human beings—a truth I have pursued for many years.

Who are we really?

What is actually happening inside this body?

What is the relationship between the Earth, the cosmos and the human heart?

What remains when we begin unraveling the programming and stripping away the identities we were handed?

When you enter your heart and begin asking these questions, you receive answers from within yourself.

You do.

I know this because I have spent years using the Sacred Space of my Heart to ask questions about myself, the Earth, history and what is true.

I go deep into the body.

The heart holds access to answers far beyond what the thinking mind can reach—but you have to learn how to enter that space. You have to learn how to ask a question clearly enough that it can be answered. And then comes the most difficult part: you have to get your mind, your expectations and your preferred answer out of the way.

You cannot enter the heart looking only for confirmation of what you already believe.

You have to want to know what is true more than you want to be right.

That is the discipline of the heart. It is not passive, sentimental or convenient. Sometimes the answer confirms what you have sensed for years. Sometimes it dismantles the story you walked in carrying. Either way, you have to become quiet enough—and honest enough—to receive it.

But knowing yourself is not knowing your favorite color or whether you prefer eggs or cereal for breakfast.

It is not a collection of preferences, habits and personality traits. And it is not simply knowing your thoughts and feelings. Your thoughts and feelings are part of your experience, but they are not the whole of who you are.

You are far greater than that.

You are the cosmology.

The Earth lives inside you. The stars circle within you. Your glandular system is communicating with heaven and Earth all day long. Your body is receiving, translating and responding to forces far beyond the limited identity you have been taught to call the self.

You are so much more than your thoughts.

You are so much more than your identity.

What you identify with is not necessarily who you are.

Everything you need to begin knowing your deeper self is already inside you. It has not disappeared. It has been covered over by programming, distraction, fear, noise and an endless stream of people telling you what to believe about your own existence.

We are constantly hijacked away from ourselves.

Our attention is pulled outward. Our authority is handed over. Our experience is interpreted for us before we have the chance to feel what it actually means inside our own bodies.

The passion I have for bringing this book to you comes from wanting you to discover your own truth within your own body.

I want you to remember that you are nature.

You are the cosmos wrapped in flesh.

Your body contains a living cosmology, and the Sacred Space of the Heart is the place through which you can begin to enter it.

I did not want to write another book explaining spirituality. I did not want to hand you another vocabulary to memorize or another identity to put on.

I wanted to bring the mystical back into the earthly realm.

Back into the garden.

Back into the plants.

Back into breath, blood, labor, instinct, sensation and the intelligence of the body.

Back into the heart.

Women have been reduced to roles for far too long. Mother. Wife. Muse. Healer. Caregiver. Businesswoman. Even goddess has become another identity we are expected to perform. But a woman is more than what she produces, whom she nurtures or how successfully she moves through the world. Her body is not merely reproductive, decorative or productive. It contains memory, instinct, creation and a living cosmology that has barely been spoken about.

There are things intentionally missing from Ariella. You will not find it dripping in goddess culture or high-priestess language. I may use the word spirituality once or twice. I may even use coherence where it gives the reader a familiar bridge.

But I did not want the language of the modern spiritual marketplace to become the language of the world I was creating.

That language carries too much baggage.

I did not want someone else’s system standing between you and the experience.

Ariella is not about becoming a goddess.

It is not about becoming enlightened.

It is not about ascending into 5D.

It is not even a book about spirituality.

It is a book about what happens when you unravel enough programming to reach who you really are.

I wanted you to feel the magic—not be lectured about it.

There are plenty of people who can dispense information about awakening, consciousness and creating reality. What they rarely show us is how they actually live.

How does that knowing move through the garden, the kitchen and the body? How does it move through work, love, conflict, disappointment and an ordinary Tuesday afternoon? What does this connection look like when it is no longer being taught from a stage and has to become an actual life?

This is why Ariella had to be a novel.

I did not want to give you another method. I wanted to place you inside the life of a woman who has unraveled enough programming to live from a different center—not perfectly and not as some enlightened being floating above the human experience, but in relationship with her body, the Earth, the cosmos and the Sacred Space of her Heart.

Ariella does not explain that life to you.

She lets you walk around inside it.

There is a cosmology written into the human body. The sky moves. The Earth resonates. The body receives. The heart translates.

Yet we have been trained to look everywhere but there.

Even the skies have been taken from our direct experience and handed back to us through institutions, experts, satellites and screens. We are shown distant images and told what the heavens are, while forgetting that human beings once knew the sky through intimate observation and through its movements within their own bodies.

We know more about nature than ever before while living farther away from her intelligence.

Nature Is Not a Carbon Footprint

Living in harmony with the Earth is not simply about recycling correctly, buying the approved products or calculating your carbon footprint.

Those things may have their place, but they are not a relationship with nature.

You cannot reduce a sacred relationship to a consumer checklist.

Relationship means that the Earth is no longer scenery. She is no longer a commodity, a political talking point or a weekend destination. You begin to recognize that your body and the Earth are participating in the same living field.

The plant is not merely an ingredient.

The garden is not merely a resource.

The sky is not merely something happening above you.

Nature is not outside of you.

This is the world I wanted to place you inside when I wrote Ariella. Not an herbal apothecary manual. Not a spiritual instruction book. Not a fantasy built to help you escape this world.

A remembering.

A story that allows the mind to soften long enough for the body to recognize something it already knows.

Because the way out of the matrix is not through gathering more information about the matrix. It is not another exposé, another teacher or another system. It is not learning the newest approved terminology and repeating it until we mistake fluency for embodiment.

The way out is through the heart.

Not the sentimental heart.

Not the romantic heart.

Not the heart reduced to a measurable state called coherence.

I mean the Sacred Space of the Heart—the interior place that belongs entirely to you. The place where the mind can no longer dominate the conversation. The place where memory, truth, creation and the intelligence of the soul meet the physical body.

The matrix cannot survive there because it did not create that space.

No institution owns it.

No expert can enter it for you.

No algorithm can reproduce it.

No spiritual hierarchy can grant you access.

And no one can initiate you into it.

Another person may point toward the doorway. They may create a ceremony, offer guidance or stand beside you as a witness. But they cannot carry you across the threshold. They cannot bestow upon you what can only be discovered through your own heart.

As you continue working within the Sacred Space of the Heart, it brings you through threshold after threshold. Each one reveals another layer of programming, another buried truth and another dimension of your relationship with Mother Nature and Father Cosmos.

That is initiation.

It is not a title someone gives you. It is not a robe, a lineage or a position within a spiritual hierarchy. No one stands above you holding the authority to declare that you have arrived.

This is part of what troubles me about goddess and high-priestess culture. Too often, the pyramid remains. Someone is still above you. Someone is still more sacred, more initiated or supposedly closer to God.

We removed the patriarch, changed the clothing and kept the structure.

At the core of the living cosmology is not another hierarchy of gods and goddesses ruling over humanity. It is the ever-pervading Creator force moving through all life—through Mother Nature, Father Cosmos and the human heart where the two meet.

This is what I wanted to give you through Ariella Gold Heart: not another belief system, but a doorway back into the one place that has always belonged to you.

Your own body.

Your own knowing.

Your own heart.

We have spent years awakening to what is false in the world.

Now we must become awake to what is true within us.

That is where the real story begins.
