How to Use

Face and neck: Warm two to four drops between your palms. Press into clean, slightly damp skin — face, neck, décolleté. Hold for a moment before moving on. Let the heat of your hands activate it. Use morning, evening, or both. Layer under a moisturizer or wear alone.

Body: Apply generously to the belly, chest, lower back — anywhere that holds tension, scar tissue, or chronic stagnation. Work it in with slow, intentional pressure. This is not lotion. Use it the way you would work a muscle. Circular strokes over the organs. Long strokes along the limbs. Give it five minutes and feel what shifts.

Feet: Apply nightly before sleep. Work into the entire sole, the heel, between the toes, up around the ankle. Cover with a warm sock and let it absorb overnight. The skin here is thick — it can take a generous amount. This is where the oil works longest and deepest.

Add to a bath: Four to six drops on the surface of the water. You will absorb it through the skin and inhale it through the steam simultaneously. This is the full-body dose.
